Skinheads booked for fascist offences

The Slovak Spectator/November 11, 2002

A police raid on a skinhead party in north Slovakia has produced charges against 10 people for promoting fascism. Of the 101 people whose ID papers were checked, 24 were detained, with police finding guns and pro-fascist pamphlets.

Fighting far-right crime has become a declared priority for Slovak police recently, and the cabinet launched an action group on the matter in early 2002.
