Gilbert, Arizona -- Five people are dead following a shooting at a Gilbert home, and the killer is reportedly JT Ready, a well-known Neo-Nazi who was running for Pinal County Sheriff.

Ambulances and dozens of police officers were dispatched to the area of Warner and Cooper Rds, southeast of Phoenix, about 1:00 p.m. Wednesday on reports of shots fired.

In what may be a quadruple murder-suicide, JT Ready presumably shot and killed his girlfriend, 47-year-old Lisa Mederos, Lisa's daughter 22-year-old Amber Mederos, Amber's 22-year-old boyfriend Jim Hoitt, and Amber's 2-year-old daughter Lilly, according to a law enforcement source. This information has not officially been released by Gilbert Police.

Lilly was found still alive, but she died at the hospital.

Amber Mederos has been listed as a treasurer with the JT Ready for Sheriff campaign. This happened at the home of Lisa Mederos, where Ready had been living for the past 2 years.

Ready is dead, but it's not clear whether the wound was self-inflicted, "as there is multiple weapons on scene," an official said. There were reports of a domestic violence incident between Ready and his girlfriend earlier in the day Wednesday.

We've learned another daughter of Lisa's, a 19-year-old, is alive and found the blood bath.

Several drums of an unknown liquid were found in the back of the residence. Hazmat crews were securing the scene Wednesday night -- and detectives were not able to go in until 10 p.m. to gather evidence and remove bodies. In their current state, the chemicals do not pose a threat to anyone and no homes have been evacuated.

Ready is the leader of the "US Border Guard" and former leader of the National Socialist Movement, a white supremacist organization. His car was seen parked in the driveway, with a campaign sticker on the back.

He was not shy about expressing his report about a white-only America. He was a featured speaker at many Neo-Nazi rallies.

"If I had any inkling that this guy was violent or anything like that, there's no way they would've stayed there, my daughters wouldn't have put one foot in that house… I regret not even looking into it," Hugo Mederos, Lisa's ex-husband, told us by phone from Florida.

It's not yet clear what the motive may have been.

JT Ready's final Facebook post was: "Lets face it - we are it. SEALs and SF are not stepping up to the plate to train American patriots to defend their homeland. We have traitors in office, an apathetic population, hostile media, narco-terrorists, cartel invasion, narco-insurgency, street gangs the size of armies, vicious prison gangs - if not fight back now while we have a chance then when? The decent patriots will arise and take the helm if we lead the way. Long live the Republic!"
