WRIC ABC News 8, Virginia/August 14, 2013

Chesterfield, Virginia -- A man who volunteered with the Richmond Outreach Center has been charged after a 14-year-old girl says she saw him masturbating.

Jeremiah C. Mansfield, 26, of Chesterfield County, faces indecent exposure and sexual display charges. Authorities say a 14-year-old girl witnessed Mansfield masturbating.

The incident occurred in the 200 block of Brickland Road, off Marbleridge Road, police said. It happened around 2:30 p.m. Monday, August 5, police said.

The Richmond Outreach Center released a statement following the charges. The statement said in part: "The ROC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children, and we regret any impact this may have had on the young girl involved.  Because of these allegations, Jeremiah will not be allowed to volunteer in any ROC ministries."

In June, several ROC pastors resigned from the church following sexual assault allegation against church founder, Geronimo Aguilar, also known as Pastor G.

Pastor G, who resigned from the church, is facing seven felony charges, including the aggravated sexual assault of two children under the age of 14 in Texas.
