Little Ferry, NJ -- Silcon Inc., based in Elizabeth, NJ, has completed construction of a 47,000-sf industrial building here for Hobby World Development Inc. The company, a boat manufacturer, will use the facility for manufacturing and for its HQ, moving the latter part of the operation from Jersey City.

According to Alice Novotna, project administrator for Silcon, the project required 38-ft. ceiling heights for the manufacturing portion of operation. The building also includes a custom-designed, oversized spray booth facility for painting.

Hobby World Development Inc. is a subsidiary of the locally based True World Group Inc., which itself is owned by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon's Unification Church.
